The LGBT Center has really excellent social and support group offerings for adults and teens. They also offer support with substance use recovery and insurance navigation/enrollment.
The Wildflower Alliance has cool support services, including Alternatives to Suicide Groups and a Discord channel. They also have a warmline/peer support line.

An 8-week class for families, partners, and friends of adults with mental illness. Our Family-to-Family for the African American Community centers around the unique mental health struggles that face the African American and Black communities.
A 6-week class for parents and caregivers of children and teens 17 and under who are showing signs of emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, or who have a mental health diagnosis.
