The immigration journey is not easy. It takes courage, strength, and so much perseverance. We are here to walk alongside you, carefully documenting your experience in a way that gives your case the support it needs.

  • Carefully documenting how deportation would affect the people who love and depend on you most, your family members who call this country home.

  • If you have experienced physical, emotional, verbal, or sexual abuse in your marriage, you do not have to carry that alone. We provide a safe, supportive space to document your experience with care and without judgment.

  • You showed up when it was hard. We are here to make sure that courage is documented, providing thorough, compassionate evaluations for survivors of crime who have assisted law enforcement in their pursuit of justice.

  • If you fled your home country because of persecution or harm, we are here to listen, document your experience, and provide the clinical support your asylum case needs, with compassion and without judgment.

Our evaluation process is thorough, compassionate, and highly professional to ensure the best possible support for your legal case.

Initial Interviews

The process starts with three to four one-hour conversations. There are no right or wrong answers here, just an open, supportive space for you to share your story at your own pace.

Drafting and Review

Once our sessions are complete, a written evaluation is prepared and sent to you and your attorney for review, so you can feel confident that every detail of your story is represented with care.

03

Final Report

Once you and your legal counsel have had the opportunity to review and provide feedback, your final report is completed and released within 10 to 14 business days, ready to support your case.

The full evaluation and written report are offered at a flat rate of $1,200, a single, transparent fee that covers your interview sessions, report writing, and any amendments if needed.

This is a specialized service and is not covered by insurance. If you have questions about payment, we’re here to talk it through.
