Fatima Cabrera (she/her/ella) earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from York College, CUNY, and her Master's Degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University.
Throughout her professional career, Fatima has worked across nonprofit organizations in a range of roles, including health coach, HIV prevention specialist, and counselor for survivors of domestic violence. Her work has consistently centered on serving communities navigating significant life challenges with care, cultural humility, and clinical precision.
Fatima offers therapy in both English and Spanish, with a particular focus on supporting Spanish-speaking clients and individuals from multicultural backgrounds. She works with people moving through anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship difficulties, anger, and trauma, drawing on a clinical approach that meets each client where they are.
In every session, Fatima offers a supportive and grounded space where clients can be honest, witnessed, and gently guided toward a healthier and more meaningful path forward.
